Registration Information

Full registration payment is required by 20th September 2023 for EACH accepted paper. This deadline will be strictly enforced. Failure to pay the registration fee by 20th September 2023 will result in the exclusion of the paper from the conference proceedings.

There are three registration types for ICA3PP 2023: Full, Attendee, and Student. For each accepted paper, AT LEAST ONE Full Registration must be completed for that paper to be included in the conference proceedings.

Student Registration

For student registration, please send your student identification documents to ica3pp2023@gmail.com with the subject "student documents: Your_submission_ID-Your_name".

Notes: Full and Attendee Registration include lunches, tea breaks and dinners during the conference. Student registration does not include dinners; if in need, please purchase the Conference Banquet Ticket.

Cancellation Policy

Registration for the conference cannot be canceled. There is no refund of the registration fees.

Registration Method

Please click the following link to complete your registration with WeChat Pay, Alipay or Bank Transfer for the Chinese mainland registers and credit cards for the others.

ICA3PP 2023 Registration System

• PAPER ID: Your submission id in easychair. For non-author registrations, please select "Attendee" and check "I did not submit a paper" box.

BANK TRANSFER NOTE: If you choose bank transfer, please do include a note on the bank transfer in the following format: "ICA3PP-PaperID-Surname" (for authors) or "ICA3PP-Givenname-Surname-Abbreviation_of_Affiliation" (for attendees).
